Going, Going.... Goodbye!

Alas, they've started work on the 7,000 square foot behemoth next door. Six months from now, my gorgeous eastern view, which I appreciated every single time I went out to feed the animals (and the weather was fine) will be utterly gone. A 12,000 foot mountain - blotted out! The sunrise - obliterated!

Ah hell.

I know, I'm being hideously overly dramatic. But damn, I love that view.

  3. Thanks, guys. Luckily I still have the extremely gorgeous northern view. And it is pretty much un-obliterate-able, since I am top of a hill that falls away to the north.

Bro, it's going to be a massive, gigantic, eyesore of a house. A McMansion. I wasn't here, but the owner, an east Indian sikh, came over to talk to Homero and apparently told him he really didn't want something so large, but his wife kept adding things to the plan.

Ah, women! We want giant houses, and the men want giant shops. I really haven't got a leg to stand on here - Homero's shop is visible from space.

  5. Bah. In this economy he'll run out of money before it's finished. Either that, or we'll hit peak oil while they're putting in the east solarium.

There have been times of troubles when I felt unhappy missing knowledge about opportunities of getting high yields on investments. I was a dump and downright pessimistic person.
I have never thought that there weren't any need in large initial investment.
Now, I feel good, I started to get real money.
It gets down to choose a correct companion who utilizes your funds in a right way - that is incorporate it in real business, parts and divides the profit with me.
