Sort of. Actually I have about six cheesemaking books and I read all the recipes for cheddar, combined them in my head with what I know from making all the cheese I've made so far, and added a teaspoon of chilpotle pepper flakes. The methodology is closest to Mr. Smith's recipe. It's my favorite cheesemaking book, the recipes are easy to follow and turn out a good product.Aimeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06358194304460170717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7009967346802541581.post-9958088122898273832009-07-02T21:09:38.037-07:002009-07-02T21:09:38.037-07:00Nice cheese, Aimee. Goat's milk is naturally homogenized; even though the butterfat is as high as a cow's or higher, it doesn't rise to the top. Weird, huh.Aimeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06358194304460170717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7009967346802541581.post-45085859207146171352009-06-30T20:01:30.233-07:002009-06-30T20:01:30.233-07:00do you make butter too?do you make butter too?Dr24Hourshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10212511946268980294noreply@blogger.com
